We’ll conclude the ceremony with a peaceful savasana to fully integrate the experience, allowing your body and mind to absorb the movement's benefits. This restful state will help you ground and bring a sense of calm and clarity, letting the journey settle deeply within you. No dance experience is needed; the ceremony is about connecting to yourself and the music, without judgment or choreography.
