Service Description

Take an opportunity to quiet the noise around you so you can feel present and grounded. Re-calibrate your vibrational frequency to be one with Mother Earth. Come join us for a day that consists of breathwork, guided meditation, somatic movement, sound healing, reiki, and journaling. We will end the sacred retreat with a ceremony before sending you back home. Your soul will be fully re-charged and anchored to this Earth. Retreats can be customized and tailored to any theme that resonates with your soul. Location to be determined. **Minimum group of 6, we require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Full payment due 1 week before retreat. Any cancellations 7 days prior to the retreat, deposit is forfeited unless re-booked within 3 months of original retreat date.
